I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were absolutely spotless and provided ample space for a comfortable rest; they looked so new, almost untouched. On the downside, I was disappointed to see staff struggling with housekeeping duties, but the general manager and specific team members like Rishanna and Holly truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay felt like home.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and set up differently than how the pictures reflected, providing plenty of room and comfortable sleeping accommodations. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who were professional and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The location was ideal, with all the amenities of home and adjacent to an upscale mall with great restaurants, making it a perfect spot for my Christmas visit to my Ohio family. The dining experience was pleasant overall, with succulent organic chicken being a standout dish. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay.

The hotel's rooms were a bit dark and dated with limited space, equipped with a full-size fridge and kitchenette but not too comfortable. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready upon arrival at 4 pm, and I had to wait for an hour. The hot tub was also out of order during my stay.
